We currently accept CIGNA and CareFirst Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance (and Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO plans of other states); for others we are considered out-of-network. We offer competitive, affordable self-pay rates for uninsured patients or patients who do not wish to use their insurance for their psychiatric care. Patients with other insurance who have out-of-network benefits can self-pay and file claim with their insurance for some reimbursement. We will provide you with a billing statement/invoice to submit with your claim. It is your responsibility to check with your insurance to determine your coverage & benefits.

Patients using an accepted insurance must pay their co-pays, co-insurance, or deductible at the time of service.
If self-pay, payment is required in full at time of service.
We accept Cash, Money Order or Cashier’s Check, Debit Cards and Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover).
Appointments must be cancelled at least 1 full business day in advance to avoid paying a late cancellation/no-show fee. Review our office policy for more information.
Please note, we are unable to see patients with any form of Medicare insurance.
